Over the past few months, we’ve installed new automation equipment at our facility, helping us produce larger batches of stone, faster, without cutting corners. In fact, the opposite. This new tech unlocks rigorous testing and certification, ensuring every stone we make meets the same high standard – every single time.
Why it matters: we’re proudly the largest stone veneer manufacturer in Western Canada, and we’re still growing. Our stone is crafted by Canadians, for Canadians, engineered to stand up to our unforgiving freeze-thaw climate. Our newest automation upgrade isn’t about replacing craftsmanship – it’s about supporting it. With the launch of our brand-new production line, we’ve reimagined how our artisan stone moves through the most critical stages of manufacturing.
- Seamless batch flow: The upgraded rolling table allows molds to move smoothly from start to finish, reducing errors caused by unnecessary handling.
- Precision at heavy-lift stages: Two automated arms now handle the most demanding steps, lifting and placing mold trays with exact accuracy.
The bottom line: this system is a true game-changer. It protects our people, strengthens our quality control, and allows our artisan crafters to focus on what they do best – creating durable, beautiful stone built for Canadian conditions.
