Parmjot Maan is the president and founder of Innovative Stonecraft, Western Canada’s leading manufacturer of architectural stone veneer. With a
background in industrial engineering and years of
experience in project management and process improvement, Parmjot leveraged his technical expertise and passion for manufacturing to fill a
significant gap in the Western Canadian market.
His vision gave rise to Innovative Stonecraft—a company rooted in quality, local production, and a
commitment to raising the bar in the industry.
Outside of work, Parmjot is a proud husband, father to
two young children (a 4-year-old and a 4-month-
old), son, and brother. He values meaningful relationships and believes the people around us play a vital role in shaping who we become. When he’s not
leading his growing business, Parmjot enjoys spending
time with family, riding his motorcycle, and doing
whatever brings a smile to his wife and kids

Hi I’m Conner! I’m the Business Development Manager at Innovative Stonecraft.
I joined Innovative Stonecraft in February 2024, bringing with me a background in customer relations, business development, and dealer/district management support. As Business Development Manager, I focus on building strong, lasting partnerships, expanding our network, and ensuring that our clients experience the craftsmanship and service that set us apart.
With years of experience supporting teams, managing territories, and driving strategic growth, I understand the importance of both people and process. My goal is to connect clients with the right solutions while helping position Innovative Stonecraft as a trusted leader in the industry.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father to two young kids—a boy(5) and a girl(8mo)—who keep life fun and full of perspective. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching and playing sports (especially hockey), traveling, and diving into 3D printing and modeling in my spare time.
At the heart of everything I do—professionally and personally—is a commitment to authenticity, collaboration, and delivering results that speak for themselves.
Sammi Petts
Marketing specialist/Creative Nerd
Sammi has worn a lot of hats in her career—some stylish, some practical, and a few colourful—but the one that fits best (like that well-worn snapback you can’t part with) is Content Creation.
With a background in design, graphic design, and an obsession with how things are perceived, Sammi is the creative force behind our marketing services and the visual identity of Innovative Stonecraft. Her eye for detail and love for all things creative led her to earn diplomas in Interior Architectural Design and Architectural Technologies from SAIT.
When she’s not crafting killer visuals or dreaming up new ideas, you’ll find Sammi immersed in board games, video games, and movies—or off adventuring with her wife as they dive into their foodie obsession. Whether it’s cruising the high seas, chasing Disney magic, or hitting the road for a spontaneous getaway, she’s always ready for the next story-worthy moment – as long as someone remembers to bring the snacks!
